I am using Village Spinning & Weaving hand dyed sock yarn, 1/2 pound ball 560 yards. I only did 5 of the increase sections instead of the full 12 that you should do for the clapotis shawl. It is still 12inches wide, plenty wide for a scarf.
I am using woolease color fisherman on this one. I want it cuddly and machine washable. It measures 12″ in the photo but I am up to 14″ now. I started it on 11/5 Sunday and have worked maybe 3 hours total on it so it’s going to be a really fast knit. That pleases me immensely!
Obviously the bottom 9″ is on holders until the top is ready to join. The top loks all lopsided due to how I have it lying out on the needle. It is separated for the sleeves, now I just need to finish the body, then the sleeves & voila!
