Melissa posted about needing ideas for a growing yarn stash, that got me motivated to clean up my yarn room/ office so that I could actually take pictures of my stash control techniques. Plus get a better idea of what I have that needs to be knit! There was too much yarn that was calling to me “you want to touch me, you want to hold me, you want to marry me”! I did not give in the woolen sirens singing to me, I swiftly put them away without any fondling or fornicating. Now I can finish posting pictures and get back to knitting so that I can read harry as soon as it arrives! Oh that reminds me, I have to find my book holder so that I can knit & read at the same time. Off to organize my corner of the living room!

blurry but it’s the wrong side of the front panel for the camping sweater & the flap is the pocket!
Okay horrible color, sorry! It’s really a dark teal & it will be another hot lava!

Once again I modified the pattern~
I decided that I didn’t want sleeves, I want it to be a tank. So here is my ingenious plan! I picked up stitches along the front & back collars and cast on, using cable cast on, 20 sts for over the shoulders. I did 1 round st st then 2 rounds in eyelet pattern then 1 round in st st, then bound off. Tada, now if I could only sew the sides!
