Shalom cardigan for myself

Patons Classic Wool in Mercury
Size 11us needles
Last year I knit a Shalom Cardigan for myself, it ended up too big across the shoulders/chest (go figure) so I gave it to my sister Cori who has since given it to my niece Alyx.
I loved making it, the texture of the yoke, the ease of the pattern, how quickly the yarn flew off the needles.
With this one I am making some simple modifications, nothing really creative just useful changes; long sleeves, tunic length, repeat of the yoke texture on the cuffs and hem.
I need sweaters. I feel ready to get back to creating, it’s just setting aside the time, focusing and enjoying the process of creation.

  1. I do love it, first sleeve is done, second started. I could have it finished in a day if I focused.
