I am happy it arrived on time.
The operation is like this. All the orders received are sent the same day to the U.S.A. There are sorted and forwarded. The whole process take around ten days. It is not fast but to keep all the stock in the U.S.A and send directly from there it would add almost $2 per skein due to warehousing prices.
Worst thing of the delay is that if there is a problem it would usually take 10 more days to solve it. In your case the mistake was made in the U.S.A so your yarn was already there and could solved fast.
Bad thing. A lot of Americans want instant satisfaction and ten days looks like a lifetime to them. They can always go to a store and get it, but a lot do not take into account that.
Work was too much for my boss and I am here to improve communication, but delay will keep the same. I hope mistakes will be less too since I am here to help.
I am sure it will not a problem if you want roving in natural. Let me know how many grams you need. I am not sure price.
